Payment
At the time of booking you will be required to give
credit card details to guarantee the reservation.
If someone other than yourself is paying for the
accommodation we do need written confirmation of
this by fax, letter or email. Once we have received
this confirmation we will then confirm the booking.
We do ask for payment on arrival due to the new
chip and pin system. We accept all methods of
payment apart from American Express and
cheques.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to
arrival. If cancelled up to one day before the date
of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled
later or in case of no-show, the first night will
be charged. However on certain occasions we may
need a deposit or the full amount paid before your
arrival date. In these circumstances our
cancellation policy still applies, however a refund
will be made if cancellation occurs before 24 hours
of arrival
Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available from 12.30 pm on your arrival
date. If you are going to be later than the arrival
time stated on booking please let us know ASAP your
new arrival time. After 2 hours we may offer your
room to other customers if you have not informed us
of your new arrival time.
Check out
Check out time is 11.30 am on the day of your
departure.
